Holiday Inspired Tasting Event at Carter & Cavero Princeton

Join us on Friday, November 4th for a tasting event featuring holiday favorites! Our in-house chef will prepare for you new and exciting dishes made with our olive oils and balsamic vinegars just in time for the holiday season.   Try our baked apples with reduced Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar or take a nibble at a spicy cornbread with Chipotle Olive Oil.  Dig into a baked Brie with Truffle Oil or dip your bread into a baked Brie with a Blue Berry Balsamic Vinegar reduction sauce.  All recipes will be available and free of charge.  Our in-house chef will also be at hand to answer your questions and to guide you in the kitchen this holiday season.  Don't miss it!

Carter & Cavero Joins Teresa Giudice This Weekend!

One of New Jersey’s most famous housewives, Teresa Giudice, will make a special appearance at the LeCreuset store at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets on Saturday, October 8th from 2:00 until 4:00 pm, signing copies of her latest book, Fabulicious!: Teresa’s Italian Family Cookbook.

Carter & Cavero, with locations in Red Bank, Long Branch  (Pier Village), Princeton and Summit, NJ, will be sampling a taste-tempting array of specialty old-world olive oils and vinegars. Also on the menu will be their popular Pecorino Spread that everyone will have a chance to enjoy. All guests will be eligible to enter a chance to win a $100 gift card by Carter & Cavero.

Teresa Giudice gained notoriety as one of the original members of the popular Bravo series, The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
